Getting started
- Create an account from the landing page with Get Started for Free, or sign in if you already have login details.
- After sign-in you land on Home, where you can scan the market overview and open coin detail for deeper charts and stats.
- Use the left navigation to move between Home, Ask Hive, Community, Subscriptions, and Settings.
Home (dashboard)
Home brings together a crypto market overview and AI market analysis so you can watch curated assets and explore predictions. Free plans may see an upgrade path; paid plans unlock the full analysis experience shown in the product.
- Select a coin row to open its market detail page for price history and context.
- Use timeframe controls where available to align the chart with how you think about risk and horizon.
Ask Hive
Ask Hive is your AI assistant for Web3 questions. Start a conversation, review history, and continue threads from the Hive area of the app. Responses are informational—not financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Keep questions specific; mention assets or goals when it helps the model.
- Review Settings if you want to adjust follow-up suggestions or model-improvement preferences.
Community
Community is where members share posts and discussions. Respectful participation keeps the feed useful for everyone. Report concerns through the flows provided in the product when available.
Subscriptions
Visit Subscriptions to compare plans, upgrade, or manage billing options presented in the app. Features described at checkout are the ones tied to your current subscription state.
Settings & account
- General: control follow-up suggestions in chat.
- Data controls: choose whether to allow optional model improvement using your content, as described in the modal copy.
- Legal: open Help & FAQ, Terms of use, and Privacy policy from the same screen.
- Delete account is permanent—export anything you need before confirming.
Accessibility & devices
The interface is built for modern desktop and mobile browsers. For the best experience, keep your browser updated and allow the app to reach your account API (see Privacy policy for data practices).

Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern your use of the Sol3Hive website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Sol3Hive provides informational tools, market views, AI-assisted chat (Ask Hive), community features, and subscription options. We may update, add, or retire features to improve security, performance, or clarity.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and meet any minimum age we display in signup.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: attempt unauthorized access; interfere with other users; upload malware; scrape the Service in a way that harms performance; harass others in Community; or use AI outputs to violate law or third-party rights.
4. AI & third-party information
Ask Hive and market views may rely on models and external data. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone decide how to act on information.
5. Subscriptions & payments
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the price, term, and renewal rules shown at checkout and in your account area. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Sol3Hive branding, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes according to these terms. You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us the license reasonably needed to operate features you use (for example, displaying a post in Community).
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sol3Hive and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in line with product capabilities (for example, in-app notice or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Last updated: May 2026. This policy explains how Sol3Hive (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and app.
1. What we collect
- Account & profile: information you provide at registration and in Settings (such as name, email, username, and preferences like follow-up suggestions or model-improvement choices).
- Usage & device: technical data needed to run the Service—for example IP address, browser type, approximate location, diagnostics, and interaction events tied to security and product improvement.
- Content you submit: questions to Ask Hive, community posts, and similar inputs you choose to send.
- Subscription & billing: plan selections and payment-related identifiers processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on Sol3Hive servers when a processor vaults them.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and personalize the Service (including Home, Hive, Community, and Subscriptions).
- Communicate about your account, security, and lawful updates to terms or this policy.
- Measure reliability, fix bugs, and develop features.
- Where allowed in Settings, improve models using content in line with the disclosures shown in the app.
- Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.
3. Storage & sessions
Like many web apps, we may store session or preference data in your browser (for example, to keep you signed in). Avoid shared devices when possible; sign out when finished on public computers.
4. Sharing
We share information with:
- Service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, security).
- Professional advisers when required (lawyers, auditors).
- Authorities when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or to meet legal process.
We do not sell your personal information for money as traditionally defined in “sale” opt-out regimes.
5. Market & AI data
Market screens may combine your selections with public market data feeds. AI features process prompts to generate responses; retain only what is needed for conversation history and safety monitoring according to our retention rules.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify where feasible.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access or update profile data in Settings.
- Request deletion via the in-app delete account flow where available.
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object, or restrict certain processing—contact us and we will respond per applicable law.
8. International users
We may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. We use safeguards appropriate to the transfer mechanism required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may include additional notice in the product.
